i was only one highlighted mid and we were losing gold because noone was picking

1) We can't really have a look at whose icons were there, and whose weren't. 2) I get it that first picking an important role is obviously bad, but I don't see any problem doing it if no one else was picking. So I don't consider "first pick" as an issue here 3) exec is a top player and being 0 3 against him is not equal being "low skilled", and therefore not really a violation of 1.10 4) I can see @Loading... 's "/roll" message, but don't see yours @Loading... . Please do keep in mind that rolling with other players is important part of pick stage. Everyone, even the top players are obliged doing it! Consistently avoiding it is a violation of rule 1.10, please have a look! That's the only way we can resolve situation where multiple people want to play the same role

To conclude: Tompek has clear reputation(no bans), and that's the first report about him not using the roll function. That particular case is complicated, plus hasn't had any catastrophic consequences(you guys won)
