Unintentional, exceptionally low skill play that causes catastrophic damage to the gameplay and other participants is punishable by a permanent account ban. The decision to apply a sanction is based on an objective assessment using statistical, empirical, and analytical methodology on a verifiable basis. In particular, the presence of at least one of the following criteria (metrics) over 50 games may indicate an extremely low skill level: a) Overall win rate below 40%; b) KDA below 1.2; c) Rating below 1000. Additionally, the following indicators are taken into account when making a verdict: ignorance of basic game mechanics (e.g. roles, resource distribution, map control); no progress or an extremely low level of improvement in game skill over a significant period; Other game statistics that deviate from the minimum acceptable values (timings of key purchases, gold/minute (GPM) and experience/minute (XPM), the percentage of damage dealt to enemies in relation to the length of the match, the actual specific contribution of the player to the team's victory in won matches taking into account the compensating influence of allies, feedback indicators, etc.).
