Unintentional, exceptionally low skill that causes catastrophic damage to the gameplay and other participants is punishable by a permanent account ban. The decision to impose a sanction is based on an objective assessment using statistical, empirical, and analytical methodology on a verifiable basis. Specifically, the presence of at least one of the following criteria (metrics) over 50 games may indicate an extremely low skill: a) Overall win rate below 40%; b) KDA below 1.2; c) Rating below 1000.
